You're the lowest rung in the synthetic ladder. Fetch coffee, observe surgeries, and try not to puke when someone forgets to sedate a client. The scalpel isn't in your hand - yet. For now, you're a glorified assistant running diagnostics, sterilizing tools, and watching others slice and splice. Every day you survive brings you closer to cracking open your first cortex.
